Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of innovative construction projects. You will coordinate with contractors, manage project schedules, documentation, and communications, and play a key role in risk management and cost control.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in project planning and execution.
  2. Manage schedules, documentation, and project reporting.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications.
  4. Oversee cost management, invoices, and quality control.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in construction coordination.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  3. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Office, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  4. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
