Description:
- Seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Manager to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice.
- As a Consulting Manager in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions.
- Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
- Develop, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
- Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
- Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
- Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
- Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid-career levels to high-performance / high results.
- Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
- Engage in the hiring process, including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Required Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
You have 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
You have been responsible for managing $1M+ in revenue
You have 2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members.
You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
Preferred Skills:
- You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
- You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
- You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
- You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
- You have the ability to travel up to 50%.
