Please note that this role does not focus on front-office investment risk.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, the Manager performs a wide range of duties in support of the overall goals of the enterprise risk management program at BCI, including supporting the continual development and maturity of the program, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and report on risk-specific insights, and providing support for the crisis management and corporate insurance programs.
The Manager is proactive, organized, and inclusive in their communication across BCI and able to pivot to respond to risk events. The Manager plays a key role within the ERM team, adapting and contributing expertise and experience to deliver exceptional quality in risk management services.

Work from our downtown Victoria office. We are an in-person collaborative organization with the flexibility to work remotely 1-day a week.

The annualized base salary range for this Victoria-based role is CAD $120,000-$140,000. The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered, and consideration to internal equity.
