Senior Project Manager,Wealth Management- CONTRACT

ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

Project Manager, Wealth Management will be responsible for leading and managing a Wealth management front office project.

Requirements:

1. Solid Project Management leadership experience (5+ years)
2. Project planning and project management expertise
3. Expert in standard project management methodologies including PMP, PRINCE, Agile or similar is strongly preferred
4. Experience in progress reporting, issue resolution, action tracking, and ability to identify risks and create risk mitigation plans
5. Experience in resource planning, defining skill set requirements, and people management
6. Ability to execute against project plan timelines to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within approved budget
7. Front Office application experience
8. CFA Level 1 is a major asset
9. Canadian Securities Course is a nice to have
10. Wide understanding of Wealth management
11. Demonstrated ability to lead combined with a calm professional demeanor and ability to work with all levels of the organization from analysts to executives
12. Self-motivated independent thinker with experience on larger projects (6-12 month requirements phase)
13. Creative problem-solving and strong diagnostic and analytical skills
14. Strong organizational, follow-up and priority-setting skills
15. Quick learner – able to quickly understand an application’s high-level functionality
16. Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned
17. Experience following structured methodologies and frameworks
18. French is an asset
