Responsibilities

Tasks:

1. Maintain quality control for all food served;
2. Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and order accordingly;
3. Prepare, audit and submit daily cash and machine transaction reports;
4. Oversee and coordinate staff activities who prepare, handle and portion food;
5. Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards;
6. Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs;
7. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff;
8. Ensure the Company Guest Services policy is practiced in the Restaurant at all times;
9. Resolve any issues or complaints presented by our Guests;
10. Coach employees in the development of exceptional Guest Service;
11. Ensure the presentation of safe food products to the Guest;

Supervision: Cook (general), Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers
