Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Coordinator located in various locations in NS. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with field staff, managing schedules, conducting site visits, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance on projects. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

• Experience in project coordination, construction management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
• Organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Knowledge of roofing, cladding, or waterproofing systems is an asset
