With a loyal customer base and a dynamic dining experience, we are proud to have earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for three consecutive years. As we expand to Toronto, we are looking for passionate and experienced team members to uphold our high standards of food, service, and guest experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking Bartenders to provide exceptional food and beverage service while contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere of The Lunch Lady. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and expertise behind the bar, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This position offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team where your contributions directly impact the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, colleagues, and our culinary team.
2. Prepare and serve beverages with precision and attention to detail.
3. Engage with guests, taking and delivering drink orders promptly.
4. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
5. Ensure bar setup and breakdown are executed efficiently.
6. Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards at the bar and throughout the establishment.

Qualifications - To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
2. Strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails is required.
3. Experience with mixology and advanced beverage preparation is an asset.
4. A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
5. Eager to learn and adapt to new techniques, trends, and styles.
6. Strong sense of teamwork and work ethic.
7. Open availability, including weekends.
8. Fluent in English.
9. Valid Smart Serve certificate is required.
