Seasonal Logistics Coordinator

This position is required to be on-site.

This is a seasonal position and is from March 2025 - September 2025.

What you will do:

• Work alongside the active logistics coordinator.
• Process domestic orders for both inbound and outbound loads.
• Accurately and timely prepare load map documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Proactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statuses.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and management.
• Partner with production personnel to coordinate production and shipments.
• Review invoices from freight vendors.

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 2+ years of office experience preferred, preferably in a customer service, domestic logistics, and/or scale operations.
• Working knowledge and skills in computer use, typing, Excel, Word, and Outlook, including email etiquette.
• Ability to use dispatching equipment, such as telephone (and accompanying headset) and 2-way radio systems.
