Full job description
Support a skilled and engaged team as Stewarding Supervisor, where your care and inspection of all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment will ensure a superior standard.
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.39 per hour

Your Job Duties Include:

1. Train and supervise the Stewarding team in following policies and procedures
2. Assign duties to Stewards
3. Minimize loss and breakage of china, glassware and silverware
4. Ensure Kitchen Colleagues have dishes/silverware as required
5. Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place as per the operational requirement
6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous two years’ experience in a Stewarding environment required
Valid Alberta driver’s license required
Knowledge of chemicals and sanitation required
Previous one year supervisory experience preferred
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred
WHMIS and First aid certified an asset

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
