We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer (12-month MAT leave contract) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to build, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the entire technology stack, from database architecture to user interfaces, ensuring the highest levels of functionality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in software development.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of practical software engineering experience
• Excellent knowledge of software development best practices
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, jQuery, and Linux, Laravel, Angular
• Strong grasp of web technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt quickly and complete tasks within given deadlines
