Job Description

Are you searching for a new job opportunity with a great company and shorter work weeks? Our client is searching for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as assisting the Controller with other general accounting duties. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy working autonomously, this may be the right fit for you!

• 37.5hr work week
• Hybrid work model – only 2 days/week in office
• 100% company paid benefits
• 3 weeks’ vacation and 10 PTO days

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking, and collections follow up
• Process and manage full cycle accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
• Maintain detailed financial records and documentation
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Controller

• Must have 3+ years of experience in AP and AR
• Strong attention to detail
• Accounting degree/diploma or similar is strongly preferred
