What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers with basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and tablets
- Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in both French and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
