What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  2. Assist customers with basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and tablets
  5. Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must be fluent in both French and English
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  2. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  3. Eagerness to learn new technologies
