We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Market Intelligence sales operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales processes, tracking client interactions, managing data in Salesforce, and supporting the MI sales team with administrative tasks. Primary Role And Responsibilities:- Sales Support & Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, including requests for quotes, proposals, and product details.
- Assist the MI sales team in preparing sales contracts, proposals, and customer correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate client calls, follow-ups, and internal meetings.
- Track deal statuses and upcoming renewals to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
Sales Administration & CRM Management:- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring accurate data on leads, accounts, and opportunities.
- Monitor sales pipeline activity and flag outstanding actions for the sales team.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics, customer activity, and performance trends.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and contract documentation as needed.
Sales Planning & Organization:- Maintain an annual sales activity calendar, including client outreach, renewals, and key sales milestones.
- Support internal coordination between finance and customer support for contract execution and billing.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows and improve efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience:- +3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or sales operations.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)—must be comfortable with Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while also being self-sufficient.
- Quick to learn and adapt, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
