Gas Plant Operator

Our client, a major oil and gas producer, is looking for a 4th Class Power Engineer / Gas Plant Operator for their facility based out of the Drayton Valley area. The successful candidate will work an 8/6 rotational schedule. This is a local position, candidates from the area are encouraged to apply as no camp or accommodations are provided.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

1. 3+ years gas plant operating experience. Preference given to candidates who have worked with sour gas, refridge, amine, compression.
2. Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
3. Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
4. H2S Alive ticket.
5. Standard First Aid ticket.
6. A disciplined work ethic.
7. Capable of working in both a team and individual environment.
