Transfer Pricing, Kitchener

Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms who provide audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services to Canadian and international companies through their exceptional team of accounting professionals.

The Transfer Pricing practice provides our clients with the critical expertise to deal effectively with inter-company issues. This multi-disciplinary group, comprised of professionals with the background in income tax, Economics, law and accounting, provides a well-rounded approach to each engagement.

Currently our BIG 4 client has progressive Manager and Senior Manager opportunities in Kitchener, Ontario.

As a Manager, you will play a key role coordinating teams to provide excellent consultative solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to:

1. Perform risk analysis of companies by reviewing their operations and identifying problem areas
2. Develop transfer prices for goods, and intangible property, such as trade names, trade marks, licenses, and technology
3. Tax planning to minimize global taxes while complying with inter-company transfer pricing rules
4. Assist in implementation of recommendations
5. Advise on the customs implications of changes to transfer prices
6. Assess the benefits of and design cost-sharing arrangements
7. Advise on appropriate fees for management, administrative and other services rendered within the corporate group
8. Deal with tax authorities on issues arising from a transfer pricing audit
9. Prepare submissions to and negotiate with competent authorities
10. Develop strategies for obtaining advance pricing agreements and negotiate with tax authorities

Qualifications:

1. A CA, CPA, or advanced economics degree
2. At least three years of Transfer Pricing experience
3. Demonstrated commitment to strong client service
4. Ability to work with little supervision
5. Excellent team management skills
