About This Team

The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating integrated marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business. This role reports to the Senior Manager, North America Brand Marketing, and plays a key contribution in driving growth for the North American business and building equity in our largest market.

The Senior Brand Manager role will focus on brand marketing projects across NA product campaigns and agile product moments, responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that deliver into regional business and brand objectives. At the center of the marketing organization, the Senior Brand Manager role is an experienced marketer providing leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life innovative integrated campaigns. They elevate all initiatives with sound business strategies, inviting strong partnership and co-creation leading cross-functional work streams to deliver a seamless guest journey. They support ad-hoc needs that improve marketing processes or initiatives.

A Day in the Life / What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale, complex marketing initiatives, developing strategy, cross-functional marketing plans and executing integrated omni-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Regional Merchandising/Product to create and drive a product marketing calendar and briefs based on consumer insights, business objectives, and market trends, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, target audience, and cross-functional needs.
  • Inform Global brand strategies with regional insights, developing localized marketing plans and messaging architecture that guide the consumer journey for deploying global initiatives in North America.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, Social, PR, Community, Sports Marketing) to execute best-in-class campaigns and enhance the consumer experience across various touchpoints.
  • Drive talent and activation strategies in collaboration with sports marketing, casting, and PR teams.
  • Develop UPOV for products or activities, including messaging architecture and storytelling channels.
  • Support creative development with internal and external agencies, providing strategic guidance rooted in clear business and brand needs.
  • Manage Project Roadmap/Timeline, Budget Tracking, and Deliverables Lists with the support of a Brand Specialist, while setting and driving KPIs, measuring, and reporting results and learnings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and 8-10 years of experience in marketing or agency roles, preferably at a global organization within the Retail, Apparel, Sport, or product marketing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of brand and product marketing, leveraging guest and product insights to drive omnichannel initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Energetic, creative thinker with a strong grasp of future marketing trends, culture, and competitive dynamics.
  • Extensive experience in creative brief development and collaboration with creative teams/agencies, including on-set work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and rally cross-functional teams as a passionate storyteller.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and timeline development.
  • Adaptable and positive in managing changing priorities and changing deliverables or business needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity, along with experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Active engagement with trends in sport, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment culture.
  • Experience working with professional athletes, celebrity talent, or top-tier influencers is valued.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 – $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
