Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan to drive revenue, including digital and traditional campaigns
Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring financial goals are on target
Identify new opportunities for growth within the company's existing customer base by conducting surveys, focus groups, and market analysis to research potential buyers' needs and buying habits
Maintain an analytics dashboard to present to the leadership team, reflecting KPI progress
Work closely with Product Development department to understand product offerings and customer benefits
Analyze potential new marketing products/tools to enhance marketing operations within the company
Manage the product portfolio by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and market penetration
Oversee the marketing team to ensure both long- and short-term company goals are met by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and monitoring progress
Create and monitor annual KPIs and projects for each contributor, communicating their progress on an ongoing basis
Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team
Provide feedback and guidance to the marketing team on their projects and tasks
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining the integrity of the brand umbrella across all divisions
Support team in the development and execution of campaign materials, including graphics, videos, photos, and animations
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience working in a B2B environment
Minimum 5+ years of management experience
A degree or diploma with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar
Experience in sales or a sales-based role
Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
Highly accountable for personal and team results, takes initiative and demonstrates resilience
Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to think analytically and strategically
Superior written and verbal communications skills
ASSET:
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
Knowledge of WordPress, MailChimp, CoSchedule, Adobe CC, and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
