Plumber

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be capable of performing a variety of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Plumber will play a crucial role in ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure seamless project completion.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot problems with plumbing systems and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes throughout the job process.

Qualifications

• Masters License required.
• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation techniques and repair methods.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment related to plumbing tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
• Valid driver's license preferred for transportation to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
