We are seeking a Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker licensed by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Quebec to handle a mix of client services, administrative duties, and reception responsibilities. Our ideal candidate would be a dual-licensed broker with expertise in both personal and commercial lines damage insurance, allowing for a broader client service capacity. This is a 100% in-office role, ensuring a dynamic and engaging team environment. We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused professional with strong communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and French is required to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Additionally, for brokers who bring in their own book of business, we offer a commission-based structure on top of the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on personal and/or commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the most suitable coverage for their needs.
• Process insurance applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims with efficiency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive and responsive service.
• Manage reception duties, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and directing clients as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records, processing documentation, and liaising with insurers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, insurer product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide the most informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client service operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
• For brokers bringing in their own clients, actively develop and manage a personal portfolio with commission incentives.

Qualifications:

• AMF Quebec Damage Insurance License (Personal Lines required, Commercial Lines preferred).
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in personal and/or commercial insurance brokerage is highly valued.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with client management software and office administration tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000.
