What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) and gather necessary information for proposal development
2. Prepare text and budget for proposals, renewals, and related documents
3. Provide support to other Proposal Developers in managing assigned opportunities
4. Conduct quality control edits on all documents and assist in their finalization
5. Maintain corporate databases and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field
2. Minimum of 1 year direct experience in proposal development or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Knowledge of the CRO industry
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with an understanding of costing models
5. Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
