About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a member of our Private Assets team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
An AVP Digital Product Manager in Product Management operates under the leadership and mentorship of a product manager and is a part of a team of product managers and analysts. Responsibilities include:

  • Product Development
    • Maintain, develop and share industry knowledge: market, competitor, technology
    • Understand client experience current state and existing tools
    • Conduct market research and gather client insights to inform new product business cases
  • Strategic Planning
    • Help evaluate ideas, tools and opportunities and present to Management for consideration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features
    • Participate in sessions with Technology on tool selection, resource allocation and timing estimates
  • Project Direction
    • Contribute to the development of 1 and 3 Year roadmaps and annual budget plans
    • Support the project team to ensure product meets client and business success criteria
    • Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders regularly
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for product initiatives
  • Product Design / Execution
    • Participate in functional requirements gathering sessions with the Business subject matter experts and manage a backlog of new or enhancement requests
    • Using Figma, Balsamiq or equivalent, design the high-level process and digital tech solution
    • Create quality project deliverables
    • Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders regularly
  • Product Marketing
    • Maintain digital product documentation & business development support materials
    • Support efforts with the Business to maintain updated product offering descriptions
    • Measure and, with the Product Manager and the Business, promote new product
    • Relay subject matter expertise to Business teams and internal Stakeholders

About You:

  • 3-5 years of Related Experience
    • Knowledge

    • User interface (UI) design and prototyping
    • Project Management (i.e., Confluence, SmartSheets & JIRA)
