Manager, Employee Experience

Are you ready to design the workforce of the future for our amazing healthcare workers? Join us and help make working at SE Health an irresistible experience! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Employee Experience team. If you or someone you know enjoys using people data to deliver insights through storytelling and data visualization to build new employee-driven solutions and initiatives, please visit our careers page to apply!

SE Health is looking for a Manager, Employee Experience who loves People Analytics coupled with knowledge of human-centered user design (UX) approaches and solutions for employee retention and engagement. Your comfort with navigating and analyzing data along with your project management and workforce initiative implementation skills would be an asset to our team. If you love using employee data and sentiments to reimagine workforce needs, we would love to meet you. If you’re fueled by passion and purpose, this might be the place for you!

About the Role: The Manager, Employee Experience focuses on leading the design and implementation of people and culture solutions for the full employee experience (EX) lifecycle at SE Health. This is accomplished by utilizing inclusive and collaborative user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design thinking approaches, founded on people analytics and trends, to understand why employees join, stay, and leave the organization. You are a curious data and design enthusiast who enjoys tracking, analyzing, and discussing metrics to discover people solutions and build initiatives for employees. Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, Culture, and Talent Solutions, this functional leadership role will research, analyze, design, implement, and measure multiple people projects and programs Canada-wide resulting in improved employee engagement, inclusion, and retention to make work great at SE Health in alignment with our People Everything philosophy.

Note to applicants: This is not considered an IT or IS role. This is a people role and requires a deep interest in creating people initiatives such as workplace flexibility programs and employee engagement surveys. New roles can be both exciting and a bit intimidating on a job posting. If you have relevant experience and think you would be great in this role, but don’t meet some of the items listed, you should still apply. We’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role based in Canada. There will be in-person meeting attendance in Ontario.

About the Team: The Employee Experience (EX) Team is part of the Human Resources department and works collaboratively with all leaders and partners across SE Health!
