What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Communicate with functional managers, business analysts, solution designers, or developers to understand the scope of testing
2. Analyze technical documents to identify high-level test scenarios
3. Build and execute manual test scripts, capturing actual results and reporting defects
4. Track the resolution of defects and perform rechecks within allotted timeframes
5. Participate in defining the testing strategy and assess the impact of changes for regression testing

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst with strong knowledge of Agile principles
2. Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
3. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Must be bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
5. Personal qualities: curious, disciplined, and creative
