Our client is seeking an HR Generalist for their St. John’s, NL office. This is a long-term, ongoing contract opportunity with a driven and innovative team.
As HR Generalist, you will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and be responsible for a broad variety of daily development, administration, and other human resources tasks. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Developing policies
Training of employees
Managing employee relations
Coordinating rewarding and recognition programming
Other human resources duties as required
Key Requirements:
At least three to five years of experience in a comparable role
Previous experience in Recruitment and selections is required
Exposure to occupational health and safety programming, WCB, and leave management would be an asset
CPHR designation is considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
