As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including CRM implementations, IT infrastructure upgrades, and organizational change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience working in a government or public sector environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification.
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
