Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects, including working closely with stakeholders, customers, and delivery team at various levels, making assignments and monitoring progress.
- Evaluate progress, and identify significant opportunities and risks related to the project.
- Manage, direct and oversee all aspects of the project, including an understanding of contract and how to achieve project scope.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive results.
- Participate in ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans.
- Ensure that the development team is up to date with any changes in terms of project direction.
- Manage delivery team’s activity and individual’s growth/career path.
- Ensure that the team is always working on highest priority tasks.
- Keep a constant positive connection with the client.
Requirements
- Previous relevant work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Previous experience managing implementation projects for different Salesforce Clouds.
- English and French fluency is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a PM role with a focus on delivering implementations, integrations of various software applications.
- Previous experience in managing remote/distributed teams.
- Preferred University degree or college diploma.
- Excellent customer facing skills.
- Familiar with web programming languages, technologies and testing.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live anywhere in Canada, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$120,000 to 140,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
