The Audio-Visual Supervisor role is responsible for all aspects of audio-visual equipment installation in both construction and existing Club environments. Specializing in AV equipment set up and configuration, this role works to ensure the highest function of all aspects of both member-facing and associate areas. This role is also responsible for reporting on work progress and completion while communicating with stakeholders across the Club Services and Club Construction and Design Departments.
What will you be doing?
Perform installation, fit-up and mounting of AV equipment
Assemble stereo equipment, electronics, TV’s, general mounting systems, sound devices/peripherals and lighting as directed by Audio Visual Install Supervisor.
Prioritize work according to construction schedules, department mandates, and plan schedule for Club visits to maximize efficiency
Supports specialist teams (Equipment Installation) as required to help execute on larger projects
Supports Audio Visual Install Technicians by providing tools and resources to ensure the successful execution of all key responsibilities and tasks, retention of great talent, and high Associate engagement.
Supports Senior Area Supervisor with the onboarding, coaching, learning, development, and performance management
Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the team
Develop and implements scheduling strategies
Report on work progress and completion
Apply service notes and costs, plus status updates to individual work orders for visibility across departments
Order parts and materials via our Purchasing Team as well as through local and national vendors
Recognize where extra support is needed to manage total workload, and communicate with Supervisor to supplement with extra resources where required
Communicate with stakeholders within our department, and across the Company, to maintain a clear understanding of work progress and timing
Initiates updates with Club General Managers and support staff so they have a clear picture of outstanding issues
Works directly with National Manager of Club Installations, Senior AV Supervisor and Purchasers to document any needs or support required
Practices safe working habits at all times
Follows all health & safety best practices when carrying out service and maintenance
Obeys all traffic laws and practice safe and professional driving habits in company vehicles
Daily travel between multiple locations
Do you have what it takes?

2+ Years working with electronics or AV equipment
Valid driver’s license
