Residential Professional Cleaner

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Residential Professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of private residences, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
3. Empty trash and recycling bins.
4. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as scrubbing grout, washing cleaning baseboards & walls, and washing windows.
5. Move-in / Move-out & Estate deep cleaning.
6. Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
7. Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
8. Handle client belongings with care and respect.
9. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
6. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
7. Ability to pass a background check.
8. Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
