As a Restaurant Manager, your primary focus will be managing the front of house according to East Side Mario’s steps of service.

Responsibilities:

1. Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest-focused service
2. Evaluating the effectiveness and reporting on the metrics of all such programs to the general manager
3. Managing team member relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching, and recognition
4. Promoting a work environment that is healthy, safe, and based on respect and trust

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant. Post-secondary education an asset
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills essential
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Strong business acumen and team building skills
5. Experience with orders, schedules, and costing

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
