Reporting to the Director, Monitoring, CPA Saskatchewan is looking for part-time contract practice inspectors.
The contract practice inspector’s responsibility is to conduct firm inspections either on-site at firm locations or as desk inspections based on a standard methodology and to produce inspection reports as required to the Director, Monitoring, to the firm and to CPA Saskatchewan’s Professional Practice Committee.
Qualifications
A Chartered Professional Accountant possessing sound current knowledge of professional practice standards within the CPA Canada Handbook and effective communication skills are base requirements for expressing interest as a contract practice inspector.
The contract practice inspector must be able to travel across Saskatchewan, including the possibility of overnight stays, and to commit to a minimum number of 100 practice inspection hours within a one-year period.
