What You'll Be Doing :

1. Underwriting & Processing : Review, analyze, and assess mortgage applications, credit reports, financial documents, and property appraisals to determine eligibility.
2. Client Engagement : Take applications over the phone, guide clients through the mortgage process, and provide expert advice on renewals, refinancing, and pre-approvals.
3. Sales & Relationship Management : Act as in-house renewal and refinance specialist—nurture existing client relationships and convert new leads into successful deals.
4. Lender & Compliance Coordination : Submit applications to lenders, manage conditions, and ensure all deals align with regulatory and lending standards.
5. Pipeline & Database Management : Stay on top of leads, track live mortgage applications, and optimize CRM for better client outreach.

What We’re Looking For :

1. RECA License (required).
2. 2+ years of mortgage underwriting or finance experience.
3. Proficiency in Expert / Expert Pro (or similar mortgage software).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
5. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with clients and lenders.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple files and deadlines.
