Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (English and French)

Our customer base includes Air Canada, WestJet, Canadian Coast Guard, Purolator, Petro Canada, Home Hardware, Alaska Airlines, and a broad base of government entities such as the Federal Government of Canada.

Job Summary: Respond to all customer service inquiries providing accurate and timely information. Ensure orders are entered in the system within specified timelines. Interface with all internal departments sharing relevant customer information to provide quality customer service to all customers.

Rotating Shifts Required: 8:30am-5:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm

Job Duties:

  • Dedicated CSR for approximately 5-10 major accounts.
  • Answer calls providing excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Answer live chats providing excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Provide friendly, helpful, efficient support to customers.
  • Enter customer orders into the system accurately within specified timelines.
  • Issue Return Authorizations within dollar value guidelines.
  • Responsible for monitoring and replying to “shared” customer-specific email inboxes.
  • Update status on special orders, i.e. store opening orders to make sure the order expeditor is aware of these types of orders.
  • Deal with and correct any errors in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Advise Program Manager of inaccuracies between system and orders/order forms.
  • Advise CSR Manager of issues arising with accounts, stock, delivery concerns, etc.
  • Share any new updates and information with other team members.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the related Acts and Regulations, including the Unisync safety rules and regulation.

Job Requirements:

  • Education Level - College preferred.
  • Experience - 1-2 years customer service experience.
