Job description

Costa Sorrento is a Traditional Casual Italian Restaurant, focused on Italian Regional cuisine, with a prevalence to Amalfi coast Cuisine.

We make homemade Pasta, Bread, Desserts, and Gelato.

We are looking for an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager, with:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing Italian Restaurants.
  • Good knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with previous experience in Italian restaurants.
  • English spoken.
  • Food lover, ambitious, hands-on, committed.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our Italian culinary team!

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking traditional Italian dishes.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.
  • Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
  • Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian.
