Costa Sorrento is a Traditional Casual Italian Restaurant, focused on Italian Regional cuisine, with a prevalence to Amalfi coast Cuisine.
We make homemade Pasta, Bread, Desserts, and Gelato.
We are looking for an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager, with:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing Italian Restaurants.
- Good knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with previous experience in Italian restaurants.
- English spoken.
- Food lover, ambitious, hands-on, committed.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our Italian culinary team!
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking traditional Italian dishes.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.
- Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian.
Employment will start immediately.
