We are looking for an engaging, personable, and safety-focused individual to support Highland Valley Copper’s (HVC) site-wide cultural heritage program in alignment with Teck’s Health and Safety Policy, Indigenous People’s Policy, Environment and Community Management Standards and commitments to Indigenous Governments and Organizations. Reporting to the Cultural Heritage Specialist, the Cultural Heritage Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Cultural Heritage Program and overseeing crews throughout the field season. This role requires ensuring field crews are able to conduct their work safely each day. Outside of the field season the Cultural Heritage Coordinator will assist with administrative, permitting, and compliance related tasks.
To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy a busy work environment and active participation in daily field activities on site. We are looking for someone with a strong focus on integrity, respect, and safety. You are self-motivated, accountable, and organized, ideally with demonstrated personnel management skills.

Salary Range: $82,000 - $101,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
