Job description

Utility Operator - Weekend Shift

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to become a Utility Operator on our weekend shifts - Saturday and Sunday days or nights.

The Role:

  • Manufacture of pharmaceutical healthcare products adhering to SOPs
  • Cleaning and maintenance of all equipment/rooms used in the manufacture of products according to SOPs
  • Visual inspections of products
  • Carry out in-process checks and quality checks
  • Communicate effectively within and across departments to ensure that any issues are raised and resolved
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supplies at all times
  • Calibration of test equipment
  • Implement safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Supply of material to the department
  • Perform line clearances
  • Perform PM checks

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a clean room environment is essential
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical production role is very desirable
  • Fluent English is essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a production environment requiring high levels of dexterity
  • Forklift training ideal
  • Self-driven
