Responsibilities:

• At least twenty-four (24) months of experience as a Courseware Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining instructional materials, often for e-learning platforms, corporate training programs, or academic institutions. They create digital and interactive learning content, including online courses, training modules, instructional videos, and assessments.
• Resources must each have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of demonstrated experience operating and maintaining a communications system that includes High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Super High Frequency (SHF) Radio Frequency (RF) emitters.
• Minimum of twelve (12) months of combined demonstrated experience designing or instructing courses for a minimum of two (2) of the following communications systems:

1. SatComm
2. Microwave
3. Tactical or Enterprise Network
4. HF/VHF Bearer System

• Twenty-four (24) months of demonstrated experience configuring routers.

Qualifications:

The proposed resource has a certification from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field of communication technology OR a certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a minimum of one (1) of the following:

• Enterprise Network Management
• Computer Science Engineering
