Your role as Badminton Coach will be to instruct and motivate pupils whilst following Badminton England guidelines. You will be responsible for the set-up of equipment, making sure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to. You will offer advice and support to all pupils when necessary, meaning an up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in Badminton England is vital for this role. You will be required to prepare lesson plans and help co-ordinate holiday activities/sessions where needed.
You will hold a minimum of Level 1 Badminton coaching qualification along with previous experience in a coaching environment. You should have experience working within a customer-focused role and have the ability to plan and organise whilst prioritising your workload.
