Position Details

We are hiring a Customer Care Representative in our Barrie store. In this role, you will be supporting our Member Services Consultants and Travel Consultants in serving our Members and customers.

What You Will Do
  • Take passport photos, give out tour books, and support Member Services Consultants as required with admin tasks.
  • Place outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Consultants.
  • Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current travel protocols.
  • Invoice travel files for Travel Consultants.
  • Attach and verify supplier invoices to Travel files.
  • Support Travel Consultants with accounting adjustments.
  • Provide payment to Travel Suppliers based on Travel Consultant requests.

Who You Are
  • 1-2 years of working customer service and admin experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset.
