We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Content and Social Media Lead to join our team!
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in content writing and strategy. The Marketing Content and Social Media Lead will drive the creation of high-quality, engaging, and impactful content to support our brand's growth, thought leadership, SEO, and internal communications efforts.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential for success in this role.

What your day will look like:
Content Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing, business, and internal communication goals
- Produce high-quality content tailored to our target audience, including institutional investors, asset managers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders
- Lead the creation of various content formats, such as blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, videos, infographics, newsletters, and more
- Conceptualize and create engaging video content, including promotional videos, explainer videos, thought leadership interviews, and event recaps
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and regulatory standards within the investment and financial services industry
Campaign and Internal Communication Support
- Partner with HR and Communication to develop internal communication materials, such as newsletters, leadership announcements, intranet content, and key messaging for company-wide initiatives
- Ensure internal communication reflects the company’s culture, values, and strategic goals while keeping employees informed and engaged
Social Media Strategy and Posting
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others relevant to the industry
- Create and curate compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics, using insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to enhance the company’s online presence and strengthen its brand identity
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce visually engaging posts, including videos, graphics, and infographics
Content Performance and Optimization
- Monitor and measure the performance of content across all platforms, using analytics to inform strategy and improvements
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic
About You:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential
- Minimum of 3+ years in content marketing, with experience in internal communications, preferably in the investment technology or financial services sector
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Strong understanding of financial services, investment management, fintech, and the regulatory environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, analytics, SEO tools)
- Familiarity with investment technology concepts and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Experience in crafting and delivering impactful internal communication strategies
- Strategic thinking with a creative mindset
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
