The Director of Club Strategy is responsible for providing support to all Lazaridis Students' Society Clubs and Associations to help them achieve their goals. This portfolio is the primary liaison between the Executive Teams of our affiliated Clubs and Associations and the Lazaridis Students' Society. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, thrives in high-pressure environments, and is eager to help our Clubs and Associations achieve their goals. The Director of Club Strategy reports directly to the VP of Club Strategy.
Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Work closely with our affiliated Clubs and Associations, maintaining relationships with all club presidents and their executive teams through day-to-day communications.
Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Club Strategy to assist clubs when necessary.
Manage event date requests and the LazSoc Clubs' Event Calendar to put our clubs and associations in a position to succeed with each event.
Provide training/development and support both individual club initiatives and collaborations between clubs where required.
Understand and enforce the Lazaridis Students’ Society Clubs Policy among our Clubs and Associations, holding clubs accountable for any violations.

Prior Lazaridis Students’ Society Club experience is an asset.
Expected time dedication of 8-10 hours weekly, with higher levels over the summer term and midway into the fall semester.
