Responsibilities
Develop Service portfolio based on previous work experience, insights from market research, customer acquisition behavior and industry trends
Defining the key features, specifications, and requirements of the Services offerings with the key stakeholders and recording within the Services portfolio and catalogue
Establishing strategies for services pricing methodology, pricing metrics and market (and competitive) positioning
Manage and understand the costs of the multiple teams involved in service development and delivery
Assisting with product launches and marketing campaigns as well as sales support
Conducting competitor research
Responsible for Service offering performance (profitability and forecasting) and identifying dependencies for achievement of established KPIs
Creating project timelines, implementation schedules and maintaining the Services portfolio and catalogue
Qualifications
Proven experience in product/service management or related role
Knowledge of every aspect of the product/service development life cycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
Ability to create product/service development and marketing strategies
Strong leadership and project management skills
In-depth knowledge about the telecommunications or cloud infrastructure industry and specifically product/service consumers
Ability to analyze complex data to identify market trends and customers’ buying behavior
Strong background in bringing a Service offering to market
Experience with Satellite, Telecom and/or Cloud IT infrastructure technologies
Proven product or services lifecycle management experience and industry recognized certifications
Strong proven commercial background in developing service subscription pricing and communicating the financial details to executives or board members
Experience in creating requirements for Financial, ERP and CRM/sales systems supporting and managing services and associated subscriptions
