Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties

  1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  2. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  3. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  4. Process reservations and cancellations accurately
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  6. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  7. Utilize phone systems and hotel software to manage guest bookings

Experience

  1. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
  2. Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
  3. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
  4. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  5. Proficiency in using front desk software and systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
