Business Analyst

Your role and responsibilities

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and technical architecture is a plus.

• Create overall application roadmap.

• Interlock with other stakeholders (business, other applications, product modeling team) on timelines, dependencies, and plan interlocks.

• Experience in the areas of technical requirements definition, analysis, and documentation.

• Ability to analyze technical documents for legacy systems and assist with consolidation of these systems, if possible.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities and multi-task.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Required technical and professional expertise

• You will use your experience in Business Analysis to plan, gather, elicit, design, organize, and manage business requirements and provide industry-leading solutions for our clients.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or healthcare industry.

• Understands the lending lifecycle or knowledge of Business Analysis.

• Support the development of business requirements for banking or healthcare systems.

• Can work with the client to identify the current product offering in application design, understand the product suite, and the differences between the two.

• This resource will be supporting clients that are migrating from the legacy core to the modernized core, so any experience in migration is a plus.
