Meditech Business Analyst/Healthcare Financial Systems Specialist
12 month contract with two 12-month optional renewals
REMOTE, may require a minimum of 1 to 3 site visits per year to Fredericton during the engagement.
Responsibilities:
5 years of demonstrated financial system support experience with a focus on Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.
3 years of demonstrated Meditech financial suite experience including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing and Accounts Receivable, and Materials management.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
Facilitation skills: demonstrated experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements, system requirements, and develop user stories or use cases.
Demonstrated experience leading and producing business analysis documentation (E.g., business requirements, patient journeys, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans and test cases).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment.
Demonstrated experience with integration of financial and clinical information systems.
