  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Plan and develop menus and ensure all food meets established quality standards
  • Prepare and cook complete meals on the menu
  • Participate in hiring and training kitchen staff
  • Train cooks in food preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Coordinate the purchase and repair of kitchen equipment
  • Order food and other necessary kitchen supplies
  • Keep accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
