This position requires full-time office-based work exclusively.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing and Design:

1. Develop visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content, that align with the firm's brand identity.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics, renderings, and visualizations for proposals and promotional campaigns.
3. Assist in the preparation of award submissions, project photography coordination, and other marketing collateral.
4. Manage and update the firm's website and portfolio with new projects and content.
5. Support the architectural team in the production of conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and renderings.
6. Assist in the preparation of design presentations for clients and stakeholders.
7. Participate in design reviews, contributing creative and practical solutions to architectural challenges.
8. Gradually take on responsibilities in architectural drafting, detailing, and project coordination under the guidance of senior architects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required Skills:

1. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Familiarity with architectural visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion).
3. Excellent eye for aesthetics, layout, and composition.
4. Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually engaging content.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of architectural drafting tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
2. Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
3. Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.

Education and Experience:

1. Masters degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in design, marketing, or a related role.
3. Portfolio demonstrating both graphic and architectural design skills.

SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $68,000
