The Coordinator, Event Presentation – Edmonton Oil Kings will be responsible for leading and executing the in-game presentation for all thirty-four (34) Edmonton Oil Kings (EOK) regular season home games, pre-season, and WHL Playoff games as the team’s schedule dictates. This person will report to the Manager, Event Presentation.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Build game scripts and produce all Edmonton Oil Kings home games while leading in-house video production team and providing direction for front-facing talent as it pertains to the scoreboard show.
2. Collaborate with group sales, hockey operations and sponsorship teams to develop season-long planning documents to ensure departmental and individual needs are being met.
3. Manage and schedule the Game host, DJ, PA Announcer, and Mascot for each game (All positions seasonal P/T).
