Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
2. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and propose appropriate solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC systems.
5. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service options, costs, and timelines.
6. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
7. Work collaboratively with team members and provide guidance to junior technicians.

Qualifications:

1. Valid HVAC license.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Background in sales and the ability to effectively and efficiently sell HVAC services to clients while providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
