Empire Pizza (operating as Domino's Pizza) Location: Peel Region and Hamilton, Ontario

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our store support team and work directly with the President.

Role Overview: This is a hands-on position with significant autonomy. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing our dynamic marketing calendar and supporting local store marketing initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and store management, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective coordination across teams, including procurement and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead creative campaigns from concept to execution, including content creation, editing, social media collaboration, contest management, and paid media.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Domino’s both online and within local communities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Build relationships with community partners to plan and enhance events, sponsorships, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Public-Facing Touchpoints: Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all physical and digital platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead marketing teams, including campus ambassadors and grand opening teams, to drive local store marketing success.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), suggest improvements, and provide data-driven insights to inform broader marketing strategies.
  • Event and Content Coverage: Travel to stores and events to capture real-time content and share via social media platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, creative, and driven with a strong desire to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with businesses and community partners.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and strategies.
  • Strong photography and videography skills for content creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • 1+ years in marketing and/or social media management (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to office (Mississauga, near Square One), stores, and events (2-3 days/week). A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required. Casual dress.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $45,000 per year
  • Bonus potential and benefits

Schedule:

  • Full-time with flexible hours. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can manage their own schedule to meet objectives.
