CRITERIA:
Working with DP/BP applications (preparing drawings and designing) for two multifamily projects with 12 and 50 residential units.
Experienced with Development Permit and Building Permit process in Vancouver/Kelowna
5 plus years with designing multi-family residential projects
Strong understanding of spaces and how they feel
Drafting of architectural and interior design working drawings
Create and detail accurate working drawings for DP, BP and IFC sets
Possess a working knowledge of the VBBL and BCBC (Residential & Commercial (Institutional) Part 3 & 9)
Develop and prepare 2D and 3D perspectives with computer aided programs (AutoCAD and SketchUp) with a high level of proficiency
Coordinate proactive estimating by performing plan take-offs and measurements for quoting purposes
